Time for change?

I’ve seen quite a few close friends and colleagues who have found themselves in a downward spiral due to feeling surplus to requirements in their career - especially in the creative industries - and found no support at home. Some also suffering from a very controlling home environment and finding that tough to talk about in social circles. Many of these are men. Living an isolated existence. The suicide rate statistics underline this grim reality.

At a certain point, things change.

Opportunities slow.

Motivation drops.

The role you’ve built doesn’t feel as solid as it once did.

You keep going - but something’s off.

This can show up as:

Feeling stuck, but not knowing why.

Questioning your direction.

Losing confidence in decisions.

Pressure increasing without progress.

Pulling back - at work or at home.

Coaching has the power to take you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

It’s not a lack of ability.

It’s that the old way of operating no longer fits.

My role is to help you adjust.

Not with surface-level advice. With a structured process that leads to real change.

This isn’t about quick fixes.

It’s about getting back to a position where you create clarity and momentum again.

“Today is the opportunity to build the tomorrow that you want”.
