About me. What I do.

I’ve lived the path of creative agencies, publishing, artist management, radio shows, startups, VR, events - and parenthood - environments where relevance mattered, and where it quietly disappeared. A journey that inspires the hub of my methodology.

This path also inspired Pony Arts Club, which I founded and still run. A monthly event where men come together to draw and talk, no pressure, no performance, and I have seen the turnaround power of conversation.

I’ve seen what happens when momentum slows, when identity gets tied to work, and when that starts to shift and motivation dips.

I wanted to find a new journey where I can help people treading the same path.

Fast forward, and I am towards the end of my Diploma in Life Coaching and so far have coached over 50 men and women, helping them reframe their lives.

I am qualified in the Living Leader Personal Leadership Programme & DISC certified.

I’m leveraging my learnings to optimise my parenting and my home life where possible. Not always easy!

I work with people mainly from the creative industries who feel like things are narrowing—professionally and personally.

Together, we step back, make sense of what’s happening, and work out what’s next.

No generic advice. No over-complication.

Clear thinking, honest conversation, and practical steps.

If you recognise yourself in this, you don’t need to stay in it.

Coaching gives you the space to step back, get clear, and move forward - on your terms.
